Racial and Ethnic Disparities Seminar
This seminar is intended to help participants consider diversity and racism through sensitive information provided by national experts. The goal is to broaden the perspective of professionals by “connecting the dots” between implicit bias and racism, and is presented as part of the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention efforts to address racial and ethnic disparities in the juvenile justice system.
